Pros. 1. Very good location- close to Taxi stand and mall road 2. Very cordial staff - from front desk to housekeeping to dinning 3. Excellent variety of food and top notch taste - specially the Parathas, south Indian, deserts, masala tea, etc. The masala tea concept really took our heart away and made our morning's and evenings refreshing. 4. Very cooperative chef (DhanVeer) and other staff in dining area. Made Khichdi for child as per request. 5. Winter green club room: Spacious and wonderful view 6. In house play area for kids is good concept Cons 1. Play area didn't have "chalk" to play with (the play area has black board) 2. Play area could have small inhouse slide too! 3. Charging for pool table is not acceptable after having such high room rates. You could just have time limit to ensure everyone gets an opportunity to play. 4. Person in charge for play area should be bit stern on maintaining the rules by patrons (people leaving carom coins on ground, carom board used to play Uno, parents feeding children in play area, etc. were some examples of indecent behaviour from guests which was not highlighted to them by the supervisor) 5. Inhouse Gym/Fitness centre should have been there considering a 4 star property.

First trip with our baby went wonderful

We had our first trip with our baby at Mussoorie. We stayed at The Fern Brentwood. We took winter green premium room, it had such a beautiful view of the valley. They gave us complementary high tea and baby food and fruits. It was so peaceful to stay there. Breakfast menu was so extreme, had almost everything you could think of. Service was incredible, food was delicious and portion size was apt. Staff was very polite and co-operative, they helped us a lot. Special thanks to Lalit for helping us out during our stay. We totally recommend staying there if you are planning for Mussoorie.

Visited Mussoorie in April and had a wonderful experience at Brentwood. The staff was most accommodating with special reference to the receptionist Akanksha with her warm welcome and beautiful smile. The food was good and the live music was excellent,
